Alkonost, folk metal band from Russia, will perform in Serbia for the first time. The band was formed in 1996, in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan, named after Slavic goddess of the land of the dead, pictured as a half woman, half bird. After numerous line-up changes, it was finally stabilized in 2013. In 27 years, Alkonost released 10 full length albums: “Songs of the Eternal Oak” (Ketzer Records, 2000), “Between the Worlds” (MetalAgen, 2004), “Межмирье” (Metalism Records, 2006), “Путь непройденный” (Metalism Records, 2006), “Песни вечнодреваго” (Metalism records, 2007), “Каменного сердца кровь” (Metalism records, 2007), “На крыльях зова” (Soundage Productions, 2010), “Сказки странствий” (Soundage Productions, 2013), “Tales of the Wanderings” (Soundage Productions, 2015) and “Песни белой лилии” (Independent, 2016). On April 2ed, Alkonost released lyrics video “Листопад” (“Leaf Fall”), that announces new album.
Tamerlan, death folk project, was formed in 2006 by Timur Iskandarov.Over the years, Timur has always been on the road: Russia, Russia, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Turkey searching for an inspiration. Currently, Timur is working on new project, and this will be his farewell tour with Tamerlan.
Ognjena kočija is Slavic pagan metal band from Novi Sad, formed in 2009. They mostly performed in their home city, Novi Sad. 2016 brought some changes, new line-up, new songs, fresh energy… Currently, the band is working on debut album.
Originally, Alkonost and guests supposed to play in Zemun, at Club Fest, as we already announced. In the meantime, organizers decided to move to smaller club and smaller town, so Alkonost will play in Novi Sad, club Dvorište.
