Maryland rockers Clutch are back with their 12th studio record “Book of Bad Decisions”, out September 7 via their own Weathermaker Music label. They will bring it on December 9 to Zagreb’s Tvornica kulture.
It’s an album that has a familiar ring to it but with a few new elements to keep things moving forward and after the success of “Psychic Warfare” before it, this is as natural a follow-up as you would expect. The album has been intensively promoted for months by singles “Gimme The Keys”, “Hot Bottom Feeder”, “How To Shake Hands” and “In Walks Barbarella”. In addition to these songs, there are 11 more tracks on the album. The disc was recorded, mixed and produced at Sputnik Sound studio in Nashville, Tennessee with producer and engineer Vance Powell, known for his collaboration with Jack White, Chris Stapleton and bands like Red Fang, The White Stripes, The Racounteursa and The Dead Weather. The cover art was created by famous photographer Dan Winters.
Clutch will return to Zagreb on December 9, two years after the premiere performance that was sold out after only a few weeks. This time they will be supported by two great bands – The Picturebooks and Inspector Cluzo. German Alt Rock / Blues duo Fynn Claus Grabke and Philipp Mirtschink, or shorter The Picturebooks, will present songs from their four studio albums, but mostly from their last year’s release “Home Is A Heartache”. After them, on the stage will appear exceptional French Soul / Funk ‘N Roll band The Inspector Cluzo. The band, which has been on stage for more than a decade, has released five albums, and sixth, “We The People Of The Soil” will be out on October 26.
