Three amazing bands are coming to Munich’s Backstage on the 27th of may 2023. Be there or be dead!
One of the pioneering acts of the fertile European goth metal scene in the 1990s, Crematory began as a strict death metal unit in 1991 before adding goth and industrial elements into their arsenal. In their 28 year long career, the band, centered around original members Markus Jüllich and Felix Stass, released 14 studio albums, three live albums, various compilations and splits, played hundreds of shows around the globe and they are still hungry for more.
Crematory is one of the most influential bands of the last several decades and will be coming back on a massive tour in support of a new studio album to be released through Napalm Records in March 2020!
Dust in Mind presents itself as the most innovative Industrial and Modern Metal band in the scene.
The quintet proved to be a talking point by tours through whole Europe, supporting international headliners like Machine Head, Arch Enemy and Pain on their concerts.
With “From Ashes To Flames”, Dust in Mind provide another great album, following the highly recommended “Oblivion”. The pulse is rising, flames are blazing: Pure adrenaline flows through the veins und the metal, Dust in Mind use to infuse their grooving melodies and heavy riffs, sparks.
Society faces its end, a rough breeze blows – in the words of Dust in Mind, “This Is The End”. The musicians from France release the ideal Soundtrack: Like a phenix rising from the ashes, the Frenchmen shake off the dust and flood the ear canals with modern metal and present their new album: “From Ashes To Flames”! Electronic sounds and industrial influences, allowing the comparison to Pain, going deep under the skin and combining with sharp guitars to a groovy cocktail, that almost tends to explode because of the energy and dynamics Dust in Mind put into their songs. “From Ashes To Flames“ thrills your nerves in a special kind of way – passionate, wild, hard and without any compromises. Brachial growls meet the sensual vocals of a strong power woman – a mixture, as good as scene idols like Arch Enemy with whom the group already shared the stage.
Dust in Mind face the fears of mankind and lead the listener straight through its doom into a new world. They do not close their eyes towards the problems of the society today: Their songs deal with emotional ups and downs and do not exclude important issues like the protection of environment. Without raising a warning finger, Dust in Mind wrap their messages into exciting hooks and catchy melodies: Already the opener “From Ashes To Flames” charts a clear course with its laid-back drums and low guitars, the singers’ voices join the memorable rhythm – a song with hit potential, just like the following “This Is The End”. The punchy sound à la KORN on “Open Your Eyes”, the smooth and spherical “Grandma”: Dust in Mind turn the whole scene upside down and light a fire you cannot quench no more!
A truly hot and melodic ride that makes the sparks fly rapidly!
Vlad in Tears was reborn after centuries when the three brothers Kris (vocals & piano), Lex (guitar) and Dario (bass) decided to move from the old and too sunny Italy to Germany in 2012. The band started with jamming cover tunes but soon created their own dark sound. This development was well received by their rapidly growing fan base.
With a new line-up, a very successful and exciting year 2014 welcomed Vlad In Tears. Earlier that year the band signed a record deal with ZYX Germany / Goldencore Records and on 22nd of August, the long-awaited fourth studio album saw the light of day: Vlad in Tears.
During the end of 2015, Vlad In Tears started working on their new album and finally released “Unbroken” in August 2016 – one day before they played M’era Luna Festival in Hildesheim. In September and October 2016 the band went on tour with a few headliners shows all over Germany to present their new milestone “Unbroken”. In late 2016 they went on tour with The 69 Eyes, playing in Poland, Slovakia and Hungary.
In 2017 Vlad In Tears already played festivals like Rock Harz, Castle Rock, Hexentanz Festival and more festivals later that year, for example, Maximum Rock Fest in Romania in October and Autumn Moon Festival in Germany. After that festival season, Vlad In Tears released their sixth long-player “Souls On Sale”. The release was followed by a headliner tour in early 2018 including places like Germany, Italy, Eastern Europe, and Finland.
Currently the band is working on their next LP “Dead Stories Of Forsaken Lovers” from which they already released a first single “Born Again” in collaboration with Lex from Megaherz.
