I have already posted that Deftones will rock the Budapest Park on the 3rd on June, but according to KoЯn’s recently confirmed tour dates, they’ll do the same at Budapest Arena on the 9th of June. Well, it seems that Budapest will once again be turned into the City of Angels!
KoЯn have created a completely different genre with their self-titled debut. Followed by “Life Is Peachy”, they have confirmed the validity of the nu-metal. The band first experienced mainstream success with “Follow the Leader” and “Issues”, both of which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. But they didn’t stop there, the nu-metal masters continued with “Untouchables”, “Take a Look in the Mirror” and “See You on the Other Side”.
Singer Jonathan Davis with guitarists James “Munky” Shaffer and Brian “Head” Welch, bassist Reginald “Fieldy” Arviz and drummer Ray Luzier continue to push the boundaries of alternative rock and metal. They recently released the thirteenth studio album “Nothing” which will be presented in Budapest as well as their timeless classics!
So, let your body lay in there, warm flesh to your fear!
Since their inception, Deftones have quietly been pursuing two paths, delivering songs defined by churning, double-fisted aggression while also testing the boundaries of music by incorporating elements of psychedelia and shoegaze.
The Grammy-winning masters released eight studio albums so date. Their latest 2016 album “Gore” reached to the top of Billboard’s sales chart. The multiplatinum metallers have been working on its successor over a year, so it seems the Budapest Park will move in the rhythm of the new album.
Just make you smile, I look over and cry, I get by!
