NWOBHM legends, Iron Maiden, started “Legacy Of The Beast World Tour” tour on May 26, 2018 in Tallinn, Estonia.

Last Saturday, the concert was held in front of 10 500 fans in Tallinn. Iron Maiden made a playground at Saku Suurhall Arena and platform for several music worlds. Set list full of surprises was spiced with lot of visual effects. Realistic church, fire cannons and even floating plane replica could be seen on the stage.

“Legacy of the Beast” is inspired by the comic and mobile game released by the band in 2017. Described as a “history/hits tour”, Iron Maiden manager Rod Smallwood has revealed that the concerts and stage design will feature:

A number of different but interlocking “worlds” with a setlist covering a large selection of 80s material with a handful of surprises from later albums.

The special guest in Tallinn was US Hard core band Killswitch Engage, while in Croatia, Tremonti (US), will open the show. Tremonti is an American heavy metal band founded and fronted by lead vocalist and guitarist Mark Tremonti, best known as the guitarist of the American rock band Creed, and the lead guitarist of American rock band Alter Bridge. In the band are also rhythm guitarist Eric Friedman and drummer Garrett Whitlock. Bassist Wolfgang Van Halen was in the band between 2012 to 2017. From Orlando, Tremonti brings coctail of thrash/speed/alternative metal, hard rock and post-grunge. In June, Napalm Records will release “A Dying Machine”, Tremonti’s new album.

Iron Maiden are coming to Zagreb on July 24, 2018. Grab your ticket here!
