Riverside @ Tvornica kulture, Zagreb, 5.3.2020
5. March 2020 @ 21:00 - 23:3090kn – 120kn
Polish proggers Riverside will return to Zagreb seven years after their concert in Močvara. This time they will play at Tvornica kulture instead of Močvara as a part of their Wasteland Tour.
Riverside are a progressive rock/metal band from Warsaw, Poland. They were formed in 2001 in a line-up consisting of Mariusz Duda on vocals, bass and guitar, Piotr “Mittloff” Kozieradzki (ex-Hate) on drums, Piotr Grudziński on guitar and Jacek Melnicki on keyboards. In 2003, shortly after the release of their debut album “Out of Myself” Jacek Melnicki left the band and he was replaced by Michał Łapaj. In that line-up the band released many critically acclaimed albums and went on to many successful tours. However, in 2016 a tragedy struck the band and that teagedy is death of guitarist Piotr Grudziński. Instead of finding a replacement, Mariusz Duda decided to handle all the guitars by himself while for live performances Maciej Meller is filling in. As a three piece, they recorded and released their seventh album “Wasteland” in 2018, which they are also promoting on this tour.
Come to Tvornica kulture and see the greatness of this monumental band for yourself!
