Clutch, The Picturebooks & The Inspector Cluzo @ Tvornica kulture, Zagreb, 9.12.2018
9. December 2018 @ 20:00 - 23:30130kn – 180kn
Legendary American rockers Clutch are back in Zagreb. After a spectacular sold out concert 2 years ago during their Psychic Warfare tour, the band has returned to Croatia, this time in support of their new album “The Book of Bad Decisions”. It’s interesting to know that the band members themselves asked to play in a smaller venue that time ad we all remember the story (it was sold out then moved a bigger venue which in turn got sold out as well) so it is clear that know full well where they’re coming. We, on the other hand, are absolutely delighted to have them back!
Clutch started in 1991, when a group of four high schoolers decided to play music for fun. They have since recorded 11 albums, played at every possible stage on the planet and are a household name in the genre. Their effort “Pure Rock Fury” from 2001. put them on the global map and they have not looked back since. Their live performances are something you will tell your grandkids one day!
The Picturebooks is a German Blues/Garage rock band formed by childhood friends Fynn Claus Grabke, Tim Bohlmann and Philipp Mirtschink. Their breakthrough “Imaginary Horse”, an endearingly lo-fi and unadorned collection of songs is what they recorded in their garage with a pair of microphones in 2014. The band is officially a duo, with Grabke and Mirtschink remaining.
French rock band The Inspector Cluzo was formed in 2008. by ex members of Wulfunkind, Laurent Lacrouts (Malcom) and Mathieu Jourdain (Phil). The bandname was suggested to them by Angelo Moore, of the band Fishbone. This French duo has already recorded 6 full lengths and are not to be missed.
Hurry up, there’s only a handful of tickets remaining!
